Ditsch in Neunkirchen

We had just bought 2 pretzels, both of which were still completely raw inside. The waitress was a young, very rude girl. We had pointed out to them that the offer on the stand: "around the clock" is never available. She nodded and only grinned, which made us think she couldn't speak German. In the end, the remaining money was more or less "unpleasantly thrown in front of us" in the smallest of cent pieces and then suddenly she spoke in a German sentence. Apparently she could understand us, but didn't want to give us an answer to our advice. Before that, we were happy to "treat" ourselves to a pretzel while shopping. But then we can really do without it.

Unfriendly staff. Something naughty has never happened to me. A very young man has served me, saying "hello pretty!" welcomed to laugh and turn to his colleague. At the point I should have turned around better & had to go, but have ordered a pizza. The boy chatted with his colleague, asked patzig "Pretzel gell?" "Pizza" "ahja agrees" & the coronation: he gave me the piece (is this only packed in bags? Anyway, nothing else was drum & the bag dripped after 2 minutes) & said goodbye with the words "Never again!" The customer behind me immediately asked "Please, never to see you again?" I like to fulfill the wish! Last time with Ditsch!

Wednesday the 25. 09.2019 at approx. 17 o'clock. The pretzels are normally good if they were baked through. The seller at the stand is mega rude and cheeky to the clientele. Did not want to exchange my almost white pretzels. Pöbelte even a second customer to me was right. After my eldest son went there and threatened him with the Gesunsheitsamt at least he gave me back my money. Will never buy anything there as long as it works there.
